Miniature Meals

A wonderful way to entertain a larger gathering without the need for a conventional sit-down arrangement. Perfect little servings of your chosen entrées in hand-held bowls, thus allowing your guests to eat whilst they mingle. Two or three servings equate to a full main course.

This works well at cocktail dinners in addition to canapés and cocktail snacks which may not be substantial enough for your hungrier visitors.

Miniature Meal Ideas

A miniature share of almost any starter, main course or dessert may be served in this way. Some meals are conducive to a buffet arrangement for casual affairs and others will require our chefs to prepare and plate these at your home, passed around to your guests by roaming waiters.

Duck & Shiitake Pie - duck breast prepared with celery, shallots, ginger, shiitake mushrooms, Hoisin sauce, cinnamon and star anise. Baked in a little pie dish and topped with puff pastry

Steak & Chips - pan seared fingers of fillet steak with shoe-string French fries with a drizzling of béarnaise sauce

Depending on your guest numbers, and the menu chosen, an operational stove top and oven will be required as will adequate work space. Should these not be available or suitable a hired oven, stove top or additional work tops can be arranged.

Should you like assistance with the appropriate serving utensils, cutlery, crockery, linen or glassware, these too can be easily hired and delivered.
